Digital Product Sales
GoViralDev sells digital video bundles. Because download links are delivered instantly after purchase and you can preview all videos (with watermarks) before buying, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
We encourage you to preview all videos in a bundle thoroughly before purchasing. Every video is available for watermarked preview on the bundle detail page.
When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following situations:
- • Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same bundle
- • Billing errors — incorrect amount or technical payment glitches
- • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions — if your payment method was used without your consent
- • Failed delivery — if we were unable to deliver the download link and cannot resolve the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
EU & UK Consumers
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For digital content delivered immediately, this right may be waived if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase through Paddle, you give this consent at checkout.
If you believe this consent was not properly captured, or if you would like to exercise withdrawal rights for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days at support@goviraldev.com and we will review your request in good faith.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at support@goviraldev.com. We aim to resolve every legitimate billing concern quickly. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in being blocked from future purchases, and we reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@goviraldev.com with:
- • The email address used for the purchase
- • The date and amount of the charge
- • A short description of the issue
- • The Paddle transaction ID (from your receipt email)
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
