1. About GoViralDev
GoViralDev ("we", "our", "the Service") is a digital storefront selling curated bundles of AI-generated short-form videos, operated by EMA Bilisim Saglik Hizmetleri Ticaret LTD Each bundle contains multiple premium videos that can be previewed (with watermarks) before purchase. After purchase, you receive a time-limited download link via email containing the clean, watermark-free videos.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of use available at paddle.com/legal/terms.
2. Purchases & Delivery
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each bundle has a fixed price displayed on the product page.
After a successful payment, we send a download link to the email address you provided at checkout. The download link is valid for 48 hours. It is your responsibility to download the files within this period. If the link expires before you download, contact support@goviraldev.com for a resend.
No account creation is required to purchase. You only need a valid email address and a payment method accepted by Paddle.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout based on your billing location.
3. License to Use Videos
Upon completing a purchase, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased videos in your own creative content (including social media posts, video edits, presentations, and commercial creator work).
You may NOT:
- • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the videos as standalone files
- • Upload videos to stock-footage marketplaces or claim authorship
- • Use the videos to train machine learning models
- • Share download links with others
- • Use videos in unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive content
All videos remain our intellectual property. The license grants you the right to use the videos, not ownership of the underlying content.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- • Attempt to bypass access controls or download watermarked previews
- • Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the catalog
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- • Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Service
- • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks instead of contacting support
5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL VIDEOS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- • MERCHANTABILITY
- • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- • NON-INFRINGEMENT
- • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not guarantee specific performance from any video used in your creative work, including viewership, engagement, or social media reach. Preview all videos before purchasing.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOVIRALDEV AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PURCHASED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC BUNDLE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
8. Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction by contacting us at support@goviraldev.com or directly through Paddle.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, Paddle's checkout process captures your consent for immediate delivery in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. How to Request a Refund
Email support@goviraldev.com with:
- • The email address used for the purchase
- • The date and amount of the charge
- • A short description of the issue
- • The Paddle transaction ID (from your receipt email)
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Purchases made before a change remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
