Information We Collect
Purchase Information
When you buy a video bundle, you provide your email address at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record. We do not see or store your payment card details. From Paddle, we receive your email, the transaction ID, and which bundle you purchased.
Usage Data
We log basic usage events (which bundle pages you visit, when a purchase is completed) to operate the Service and prevent abuse. We do not build advertising profiles.
Technical & Diagnostic Data
When errors occur, we collect diagnostic information (browser type, error stack traces, request paths) via Sentry to debug and improve the Service. This data does not include personal content.
How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Service Providers
We share the minimum necessary data with the following processors:
Paddle.com Market Ltd
Merchant of record for all purchases. Processes payments and handles tax. See paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Resend
Sends purchase confirmation and download link emails. Receives only your email address and the email content.
Cloudflare (Stream & R2)
Hosts video previews (Stream) and bundle downloads (R2). Receives standard request metadata (IP, user agent) when you stream previews or download files.
Google (Firebase Firestore)
Stores purchase records (email, bundle purchased, transaction ID) in encrypted form.
Vercel
Application hosting and request logs.
Sentry
Error monitoring and diagnostics.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data:
- • HTTPS encryption for all traffic
- • Signed, time-limited download URLs that expire after 48 hours
- • Webhook signature verification for all payment events
- • Limited internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies:
- • Local browser storage for user-interface preferences (theme)
- • Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage statistics
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. No account or login cookies are set for regular visitors — accounts are only used by administrators.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws, you have the right to:

Data Retention
We retain purchase records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 5–7 years). Download links expire after 48 hours and are not regenerated automatically. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove all personal information except where retention is required by law.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has made a purchase, please contact support@goviraldev.com.
